  • As Sales Coordinator, you will be assisting the US Country Manager and sales reps in drafting proposals or RFIs for video activations on YouTube, YouTube TV and CTV.
  • Fluent in Office 365 and Salesforce
  • Competency in digital media advertising
  • Knowledge of targeting on YouTube or Google.
  • Fulfill requests for ad experiences, demos, visual context triggers
  • Assist with outreach campaigns
  • Proficient in researching on industry publications, MediaRadar, LinkedIN, Seller Crowd, AdExchanger, etc…

About the job

  • As Sales Director in LA, you will be responsible for socializing Mirrors AI’ visual context targeting technology on YouTube, YouTube TV and CTV across key agencies and brands.
  • The Sales Director will work with brand advertisers and their agencies to align Mirrors’ core products with client objectives.
  • Product knowledge of Google’s YouTube, YouTube TV and Video advertising products (AdWords/DV360) is helpful.
  • Product knowledge of CTV buys in programmatic and direct environment is also key.
  • 5+ years of online media sales experience or ad agency experience (video investment team) is a must, with a track record of successfully exceeding revenue targets and consistently building a strong pipeline across a diverse list of accounts.
  • Video platform and/or ad-tech sales experience with an understanding of the paid social (YouTube) ecosystem and a history of selling both managed and programmatic service models.
  • Strong personal network with key agency contacts across digital and video investment teams, at holding companies, independent advertising agencies, and directly with brands.
  • The ability to partner with brand marketers/agencies and formulate strategies based on client objectives and strategically position Mirrors in the larger context of larger ad-tech and mar-tech investment.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive Online Video and TV ecosystem as well as video ad technology

Evaluation:

  • Ability to generate meetings and follow ups across Tier 1 agencies like Mediacom, Mindshare, Wavemaker, Essence, Carat, Dentsu, 360i, Assembly, Havas, Horizon, Saatchi, Team One, Nissan United, etc…
  • Must showcase 30/60/90 day plan and strategy for follow ups
  • Formulation of Top 20 strategic accounts that spend on YouTube
  • Ability to differentiate value of Mirrors from direct or self service programmatic activation on YouTube
  • Can walk in, make intros and setup meetings with existing relationships within first month.
  • Ability to generate pipeline within first 90 days
  • Self sufficient in pitching and follow ups
  • Three client references
